A copy of a recent issue of "The Hongkong Telegraph"

has been forwarded you under separate cover.

We need hardly say how heeply we should appreciate

a message from His Majesty, and, in the event of our wish

being realised, we should like to receive same not later

than the 1st May, 1931.

With assurances of our loyalty to the person of

His Most Gracious Majesty and of our allegiance to the

Throne.
